I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) specializing in anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, and teen therapy.

I started this practice because I was tired of seeing good people beat themselves up for being human. Tired of watching people push through burnout like it’s a badge of honour. Tired of the “just relax” advice that makes everything worse.

I work with people who: feel anxious more often than they feel calm. Are burnt out but don’t know how to stop. Struggle with procrastination (and the shame that follows). Are parents barely keeping it together. Are teens trying to navigate a world that feels overwhelming.

My approach is simple: you’re not broken, you’re overwhelmed. You don’t need to be fixed, you need to be heard. And you don’t need another person telling you what you “should” do, you need someone who’ll help you figure out what actually works for you.

Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, culturally & trauma-informed and rooted in helping you reconnect with your inner worth not push past yourself to meet someone else’s expectations.
